State Industrial Design and Consultation Company (Sidcco) was established in 1987. It is owned by the Ministry
of Industry and Mineral to build the petrochemical complex No. 2 in South of Baghdad, Iraq.

Sidcco is the largest engineering contractor in Iraq, offering services ranging from feasibility studies to turnkey constructions.
