Engineering Center

Engineering Center is highly qualified and up to date in the design, calculations and elaboration of detailed engineering for any kind of pressure vessels.

Its experience extends over many years and engineering is carried out according to all European and American codes, complying where necessary, with additional requirements due to local regulations or customer’s specification.The Engineering Center avails itself of experienced and sophisticated computer programs, which allow performing a detailed engineering.

The activity of the Engineering Center includes also the engineering assistance, with the supply of data and drawings, to the Ministry of Industry and Mineral companies.

There are 242 engineers with MSc and BSc degrees in all engineering disciplines with high experience in the fields such as process, civil, mechanical (rotary, piping system, stationary equipments etc.), electrical, instrumentation, utility plus other supporting staff such as draftsmen, technicians, computer programmers.

Commercial Department

This Department is concerned with:

First: Issuing tenders to import different kinds of materials especially pumps, electrical equipment, instruments, generators, pipes and fittings when need arises.

Second: Providing different materials from local markets according to our company requirements.

Third: Issuing necessary store documents for all materials received by our company and computerize them accordingly.

Engineering Inspection & Safety Department

Severe and continuous controls on raw materials and fabrication phases are fundamental to ensure the high quality of production.

For this purpose, Engineering Inspection & Safety Department is provided with all the most modern inspection facilities and highly specialized personnel who ensure a constant supervision of the work.

Planning and Follow Up Department

• Controls all the company's activities to be directed within planning path and compares the actual executed work with the fixed plan of work, and gives the solutions and suggestions to correct the deviation or problems in work according to the views of company management.

• Presents statements and reports to the ministries, which reflect the current and future company position policies and the ability to develop the company's programs and experiences.

Financial planning for all the company activities

• Participating with specialized departments in the company to prepare the annual budget estimation, which includes the expenses and revenues according to the annual requirements and activities.

• Participating with specialized technical departments in preparation of projects feasibility studies.

• Preparing and submitting annual plans for all company's works and giving solutions for deviated status.

• Training and developing the company's personnel in various fields, to obtain technical, scientific skills and experiences.

Project Implementation Department

The general activities of this department include all the tasks of project preparation, planning, scheduling and implementation of the construction phases for different types of project, regardless of the nature of the project.

• Revamping
• Reconstruction
• Maintenance and trouble shooting

The available experiences of our personnel in engineering disciplines and technical points, besides that the availability of required equipment, tools and machineries enables this department to do the job effectively and efficiently.

This department possesses the experts and senior engineers who are forming the strong base of resolving & facilitating any sort of work obstacles in site to keep the continuity of the project according to time schedules, reaching the final mechanical completion. The department can also do the later stages after that such as pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up, according to the rules and the agreement of the contract.
